Trade Promotion Management Deployment Manager-Freelance-Poland (Contract)

Hiring: Trade Promotion Management Deployment Manager Warsaw, Poland - Hybrid (based and cleared to work as a freelancer in Poland), 12 months.
Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a TPM Deployment Lead for an initial contract of 12 month contract. The consultant should be located in Poland, cleared to work as contractor, and have the flexibility to be able to occasionally go on site.
The roles, responsibilities and skills required of the Trade Promotion Management Deployment Manager:
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a trainer position within a TPM system implementation.
- End to End knowledge of Trade Promotion Management processes, promotion funds, customer planning, promotion execution, and analysis/reporting.
- Expertise in Salesforce TPM and other major TPM solutions with a history of successful TPM Deployments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams in coordinating complex deployments across several markets.
- Strong experience with Salesforce CG Cloud Platform and Salesforce certifications are a big plus (eg. Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder/
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
